We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate Software Account Manager / Account Executive to join our client-facing account team. The position will act as the key contact point for new and existing clients to identify and develop business opportunities for our team. Less experience would be considered for an Account Executive position.
Most of our clients are either early-stage startups that need help with rapid idea validation or enterprises seeking assistance with software-led digital transformation.

Responsibilities
- Build a portfolio of clients through both qualifying inbound enquiries as well as outreaching potential customers.
- Provide insightful software design and development consultations through thoroughly understanding clients’ business requirements.
- Prepare value-focused project proposals and conduct persuasive presentations.
- Nurture meaningful relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers and expand accounts within larger enterprise clients.
- Manage your sales forecast and pipeline to consistently meet quarterly sales quotas.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, PM, Design, etc.) to manage the entire sales cycle from prospect to final close.
- Maintain a working knowledge of Oursky products / services and keep abreast of the latest developments in web, mobile, machine learning, blockchain etc.
What we are looking for in you
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role involving either consulting or selling software design and development services.
- Familiarity writing proposals for MVP or SoWs, simple wire-framing, latest tech stacks and general UI/UX practices.
- A hunger for knowledge about technologies and business, and how the two can be connected.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in layman's terms.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced company / startup would be a plus.
