Responsibilities
- Write technical documentation and tutorials on docs.authgear.com.
- Develop new ideas and write technical-related blog posts on the Authgear blog.
- Organize and promote webinars with product demos, integration walkthroughs, or use case sharing.
- Conduct video conferences with users to provide technical support and advice and help them adopt the products.
- Encourage and drive the usage of product community forums.
- Learn and consolidate customers’ requirements with the product team.
- Assist sales team on pre-sales work related to Authgear (and occasionally FormX).
What we are looking for in you
- Entry-level coding and development experiences
- Good presentation and communication skills
- Good English-speaking skills and excellent writing skills
- Eager to keep learning technical knowledge related to FormX/Authgear, such as Machine Learning, Authentication and Security
- Startups/Teaching/Marketing experience is a plus
